Can't believe she´s gone, I'm from Chile and she was my biggest inspiration to try freestyle skiing, now I'm training in the US, and she made it possible, Thank you Sarah, we'll keep celebrating you, 'cause you deserve it. Everybody must know who she is!
I can't watch this without crying. RIP Sarah, I am an 18 year old female freestyle skier and every day that I go out to ski I look up to the ski and thank Sarah for the great day ahead and I pray that she is happy looking down at us skiers and giving us loads of powder to ride. I hope Rory and all the family are doing okay. Sarah will always be an inspiration for me.

My Heart goes out to thousands who have been touched by Sarah Burke. Regardless of knowing her, loving her, meeting her, learning from her. We all believed in her. She was a magnificient woman. Married a short time ago. It's difficult to write about someone I don't know but just spend some time here on the net and your heart begins to swell and the tears well up. R.I.P. beautiful Sarah. My heart goes out to the family, friends and husband of this beautiful woman. So hard to believe that a talented, lovely, vivacious woman can be taken away in a second. I believe wholeheartedly that our loved ones (and pets) are on the other side waiting for us. That brings a little peace, I hope. There is nothing anyone can say that will ease your pain during this most difficult time. Just know that she loved life & lived it to the fullest in her short time on earth.

I watched this video a year ago and it brought me to tears how beautiful both of them were then....now I watch it again, and see her husband and how he looks at and kisses such a beautiful women....my heart breaks over and over that he will never be able to do that again. I am so sincerely sorry for your loss, Burke Family. I never met her but admired her will to strive for greatness and her ever present smile. She was good....and now she is gone. Shred it like only an angel can, Sarah.

i've had the honour of meeting rory and her mom jan recently as sarah received an award for In Her Footsteps, and they were so well spoken and proud of her. it was a very emotional night but no one deserved this award more than her. she is a true inspiration.

I still thought about this video today because it still resonated with me somewhere and I had to look for it even though I last watched it 12 years ago. My heart is still bleeding. On the other hand, it's also so nice to know that she had a happy life and a wonderful husband. rip Sarah ❤
This video breaks my heart and makes me so happy at the same time. I'm so happy that Sarah and Rory were able to find each other and share their love with one another and the world until they meet again. My favorite parts are the dip and the little giggle that Sarah does, the kisses, and when she becomes emotional and looks down when she says 'forever'. I can't help but wonder if part of her knew that she wouldn't be here long. My heart goes out especially to Rory & to all who knew & loved her.
I saw this wedding video so many times and it always cheered me up. I never looked on the side to see the recommended videos and it truly breaks my heart that she passed away :'-(

I heard the news of her passing as I was driving and my heart sank, I feel for her husband and her family. It's so sad when young life is lost so tragically.

Today at the Olympics in 2022, there was a story on TV of people who made a lot of impact on the Olympics. Sarah Burke's name came up along with Shaun White (retiring from competition,) Jesse Owens, etc. I didn't know much about Sarah, but after seeing her wedding photo in the TV story, along with a photo of her in competition, and then the 2014 Olympic footage of the halfpipe memorial tribute, I decided to look up information on Sarah Burke. What an inspiration for her to push for her sport to be in the Olympics! I looked up her foundation and am glad to see what is done even now years later to honor Sarah Burke by helping other people.
I still come back to this video once in awhile, it breaks my heart. Your always in our hearts...RIP xoxo
Sometimes you just need to release some emotion and have a good cry; anytime I do I come back to this video. So beautiful, so tragic. We all have a beginning and we all have an end. It is what we do between those two and who we let into our hearts that will, in the end, tell the world if we lived our lives with passion. Sarah certainly lived with much passion, what a beautiful life she was able to live.

This is so sad. I just searched up Wedding Videos and i clicked on this one, after finishing the video joy filled me. I then scrolled down to the commets expecting to see something like "this is the best wedding video ever" but i saw RIP Sarah. It changed the way I saw the video :'(

As soon as we click into the binding and we are ready to take on the challenge of this might be the last day. We live for the days where we can get that one turn in.
