Similar thing happened to me. In 2016 or 17 when pokemon go was popular I was playing it with my 8 year old neice. I was probably 12 so my parents trusted me to take her just around the neigborhood. On our walk, we saw a cat hanging on a leash dead(completely unrelated) and aleready sketched us out. We finally decided that it was time to go home so we came back at around 7 pm when it was just getting dark. There were 3 people standing around a red van(not white lol). One of them called out to us to help them get their keys that they locked in their car because we had smaller arms. The window wasnt far up either so that was weird. I told them no but my neice started walking over to go help them. One of them started lifting her up to get it out. I told my neice thatbit wouldnt work so she came back to me. I told her to run and we both started running back home. Luckily we were only a couple blocks away so we ran back inside. The scary part is that she didnt know what was wrong with it. I told her never to do that again. I watched out of a window a couple minutes later and saw the van slowly driving bye. No onw other than me and her know about it to this day. Idk ut could just be a counsidence but pretty sketchy. Im so glad i got out of that town. Ive seen so much messed up stuff there.
