hi i have an imop XL how do you reset the impact sensor? the machine only works when in upright position but when it start moving and you put the handle down the impact sensor light will show up and it will stop working
Hi @pheenoi, thank you for your question! Have you tried turning the i-mop off for 30 seconds when the impact sensor light turns on? In our experience, turning the i-mop completely off for a few moments resets the sensor and allows you to operate as normal. Be careful when cleaning around objects as the i-mop will be sensitive to impact and it will continue to happen! Let us know how you go?
