Great video! I like that he replaced the rivets with nutserts. I keep a nutsert kit in my. They're great for thread replacement on frames. Something I find myself dealing more and more often on the older bikes I work on. If anyone has questions on their use, shoot a message.
I appreciate you taking the time to do this. I’m in a position to be supporting your projects. However in my area no one asks about spark arresters. I guess it’s up to your individual values and compliance to your area. Having said that your views on this is spot on.
I was on the phone with Lance from XC Gear today for nearly an hour. I picked up a MAKO 360. What a good dude and a brother in Christ. He shared a bit of his testimony with me.... it was awsome to see how God worked in his life as he was developing his buisness. God is good!
I bit the bullet and ordered one for my new Sherco! WEEEEEEEEW! Now to get the damn thing jetted! They are one of the last companies to provide a printed manual and it's totally wrong LOL
Takes a pair to drive a silencer together with it on the family jewels. Your voice never went up either. Even though you said loctite once I give it a thumbs up.
Haven’t been able to see a picture of what the inside of one of those pipes look like, if a ranger sticks a coat hanger up the pipe will if go right through. I’ve heard here in Canada that’s the way they check them. Or does it say something on to the effect that’s it’s an approved arrestor anywhere so you can show them? Thanks
Can you do a video on how to get the hp back that was lost (or what KTM did to the bike ) between the 2023 ktm 300xc and the 2024 ktm 300 xc ? I like 57 hp better than 49

Amen. I love Lance
Have one on order for my 23 300 xc.
Thanks for the install video.
Keep up the good work!
Finished install. Ready to (legally) ride usfs trails! Thanks again for your video, it was most helpful!
Man I got to admit that spark arrestor is pretty dang sweet. What all makes and models does he make those for?
Only euro stuff right now

Yeah I screwed that up
Looks like a cool design but the arrow is so quite. Not too sure about sacrificing the Arrow...
This one is really quiet too.

It’s marked as USFS approved and if they put a rod down it, it would stop. It basically looks like an fmf turbine core
Thanks I wasn’t sure about the turbine cores either and figured I’d ask you. Appreciate you responding.
Any rejetting required if you where to make it into a shorty?
Nope

It's the 300 XC-W that has 49 hp.
49 is for the W model I believe
@@highlandcycles ... Oh cool, So glad KTM didn't cut the power to the xc, thanks
