Sam is my fave at this time...when a guitar player can make his guitar cry or scream and evoke emotion, he is beautiful talent and to me, in my heart, he is a future guitar legend.
This proves they have the talent to go in different directions and bring us the best music ! They are working on a 3rd album of originals and I can't wait to hear what's next ! 🤘
My favourite Liliac original song so I'm glad you liked it , I haven't heard one reactor and there have been literally dozens of you who haven't liked if not loved it . Sailaway is their only original rock ballad which makes it special in and of itself ,they certainly put everything into not only the song but the video as well , with the location and the use of a choir and chamber orchestra as well as the terrific drone shots ,and all done for practically no money and the help of family and freinds . Keep reacting to Liliac they have a huge playlist all of which are spectacular . FANG4LIFE RORH
This is an absolutely Epic song and performance! I will give it to Liliac- this is amazing. Every part of this is spectacular! Rock Ballad to the next level!
Great reaction. This is a masterful work regardless of who's song it is. I am always excited to hear what's next from them. I have listened to all of their music. Quite honestly they don't have anything I would ever consider marginal. It's all great.
I have been subscribed to you since you played the first Liliac song. You Ser. need to get with the ball game. We need to hear more Liliac!!!! Love your reaction to this one. Just one disappointment though. You didn't mention how great Abby played those drums. But great reaction. RORH!!!
This song was made about them moving from California at how they left all they knew and loved behind. And then moving to Georgia to start a new life. They were sad about the move.
I don't like comparing todays artists to artists of the past, but a lot of this reminded me of the very early Bonnie Tyler songs, both musically, and vocally. But damn, that was one beautiful song to listen to while making my dinner.. Thanks Tim, I'm off to see the Rolling Stones within the hour.... As always... love from Amsterdam.
@@PositiveCrunch Dammit, just arrived home after the Stones concert was cancelled an hour before the doors opened. Apparently Mick has caught Covid, so looks like tomorrows show will also be cancelled. There's literally tens of thousands of Stones fans in town that travelled from all over the world to see this show, I saw flags from Japan, Australia, South America, Canada, man they looked depressed.. Oh well, it's all part of the crazy times we live in I guess... David.
@@PositiveCrunch Hang on, it gets worse. A friend of mine who couldn't get tickets for the Amsterdam show smiled at me this morning as he said, "At least I'll get to see them live in Bern Switzerland at the weekend" - UPDATE - This afternoon the Stones announced their Bern show has also been cancelled.. Weirdly their show on the 25th June in Hyde park London IS going ahead, I'll be in London on that date because I'm seeing the Eagles on the 26th in Hyde Park. I busy phoning around contacts to try to get to get into the Stones show because it sold out within minutes of being announced.
I think this may be my favorite of their originals. It makes me think of Billy Joel's Scenes from an Italian Restaraunt for the way it starts and ends slow and changes speed in between. Also makes me think this is what would happen if Meatloaf and Bonnie Tyler plowed into ELO. Hard symphonic rock with gravel. Just amazing. I don't need any more covers from them. They've made their point with the covers (they can hold their own on the top hard rock and metal beats of the past 40 years). That said, I'd really love to see what they'd do with Uprising by Muse. I am so ready for the next album though. It's going to be a lot of fun seeing what their creative energy has produced for that next entry.
The best rock ballad in decades
Agreed
Everything about this song is amazing. I was speechless the first time that I heard this.

Papa liliac said he put in 6000.00 and with all the volunteers 🙋♂️ put out this masterpiece.
Money well spent!

That was so great! Totally unexpected direction, but a fresh feeling throughout. Loved it
Left you a bit speechless, just like a lot of us! After the 3rd or 4th time, you will really see & hear some things you didn't before.

Could you imagine this being released in 1988-89?
It would have been huge... It's an amazing piece
One of my favorite originals by them is "Dancing In The Dark" gotta day though it's really hard to choose.
Thank you my friend.

Totally!
Dear Father and We are the Children are 2 more great Liliac originals.
Thank you my friend.

Sadness has created some of the best songs
