When she woke up in the morning, little did she know that this would be the day when her life would change forever.
'Trevor' was produced as part of the 'Life, Loss, Learning & Legacy' project - a video storytelling project that helps people living with a learning disability who have experienced bereavement, loss or are at the end of life, to share their reflections, learning and experience.
