The ideal cycling cadence

In this video, we talkl about which factors should be taken into account to choose the most effective pedalling cadence for each cyclist and terrain conditions, and we give a range of cadences that will serve as a reference.
To do this, we are joined, once again, by Javier Fernández Alba, the national cycling coach and Director of the National Coaching School of the Spanish Cycling Federation.
