You mentioned that this is your 2ng time using Atlas, try to do quick set more by using flicker, this means you will need to change from Tank emblem to Support emblem, also I have notice that you hold press on Ulti too long which gives enemies to react to your ulti. Another tip is always look at the map dont engage if not necessary, as much as possible keep out of sight to the enemies at that is more scarier if your using Atlas as they dont know where you are going to strike next. Itemization I saw you are using Cursed helm, it would be better to have Guardian helmet in replacement for it.
Hi mickey, do you have a custom build for atlas ? New rank season is tough, facing martis, aamon vale and etc that most hero able to burst tank just like that. What tank other than atlas is good ?
it's usually only 1 out of 10 that the player actually build their items accordingly rather than just copy paste and follow exactly from a top ranking build
Main tank user.. im happy when i got 30 assist and MVP at the end of the game. I grind mythic playing only tank. Tank is the most hardest role and nobody appreciate you.
It would be great to make a video about items and their counters, would help a ton of players, as a tank layer I do agree on the stuff u said, well done bro helping others get better
I'd like to add one more: It's more common in lower ranks, but I feel the meed to say it because it makes me really grit my teeth when I see in Legend to Mythic. The ones that are basically GMs, they don't know how to tank. Basically stays at the back line and waits for a set. Doesn't check bushes, and runs away faster than a Zilong with ult when the one they're protecting are 1/4 in hp. These are very basics but why I see it in Legend and above. 😭
Maybe they are good in other roles but suck at tank and they’re starting their tank journey lol. Maybe they use zilong as their main that’s why they run like zilong hahahaha
Because they are being carried hard by their team and when they play solo it's like that one of top reasons why you see 👀 lots of legend and mythic players who don't know how to rotate Or gank Or provide vision or help in secure objectives
Atlas is the scariest when you dont see him in team fights. Not in the front lines. Use support emblem with movement speed and hybrid regen. Atlas with tank emblem is so slow even with rapid boots
Being new to ML, its hard to know what’s what. I didn’t even know there were deeper understanding about items and what you should be getting based on situations. Maybe you could make a video of that? It would be so helpful to other new players out there like me.
5:08 this one can be a bit tricky as sometimes you are bound to brainfart due to stress. However, here the enemy has a cc and is somewhat scattered so what i like to do to avoid a bad & risky set is fall back while in skill 2 and use a flicker if they fall out of position to make a set. This is pretty much a false retreat that often works as enemies will think you failed a set while in reality you wanted a better opening, making them chase you instead cuz u are retreating.
Main hylos player here, you should try that hero and make video for it. There was almost everything correct about you said, but I like to chace enemies, when good supporting team is with you.
Hey man i wanna say that after 1700 games with tank class, i've finally learned the class and its not that hard at all once you learn the limits. You just need to know what you can and cant influence in a game. Dos and donts. There are many dos and donts so i needed around this many games to really play as a true tank. I've also learned another T R I C K Y thing known as itemization. The journey is long, but worth it. I also have 1600 fighter games cuz they are very similar to tanks so that helped me a lot as well. I prefer tanky cc fighters that guard the backline and can provide vision like Terizla and those who arent afraid to share the burden of taking dmg with their tank and die with them like Thamuz or Terizla. Also Barats is the most fun and braindead thing ever. Lategame Change heals you.
Although tanks do well, your "teammates" still blame you for absolutely nothing. Especially mm who have zero map awareness. How am I supposed to get there in the middle of a fight
Played tank roamer for 4 years, i think playing a deal damage tank is better than playing a setter tank becos there are time where u will becomes like a sitting duck after used up ur skills. Cant really do anything but letting the enemy whack you after ur teammates die. for example, minotaur/tigeral/atlas/franco vs belerick/hilda/hylos/carmilla/gato heros.
What i hate the most is after a clash and the tank accidently got the kill and then the core say 'dont steal kill'. I mean WTF bruhh. Auto throw for me after that 100%
Being a tank and jungle player, late game it’s fine to get kills but early game when the enemy is almost dead stop attacking. Honestly for the first 5minutes, everyone should let the jungler get all the kills. Way too often I see tanks using execute

In solo que cursed helmet is to help clear lanes faster without using abilities to save mana if that makes sense
@@ardentares1167 yes i understand your point pero Atlas po ksi hindi ngcclear ng minions. Iba position na po gumagawa nun. I respect your opinion po.

@@junvkie try learning khufra/Lolita/grock and ruby tank, these picks are good for roam wise if opponent have ganky type heroes 👍🏼
Also great picks for ganking yourself, I have a 98% khufra on 54 matches

Because a lot of times their teammates can’t finish the enemy and TOO fkn concern about their good record of kda in a match

Use Avarice for faster Items
I'm a tank user and I agree with all of your statements.

Imagine doing all of these and still getting the blame if your teammate dies...yes, that always happens to me for some reason
6:28 you already zoned out the enemies no need to go deeper.
Yes bro
Gatotkaca mage build tutorial plss.

Minishter currently best roamer in rank after banning atlas and crushing car johnson.

Holding ult too long
Thank you

I secure our kills unintentionally
It's not his kill, it's OUR kill.
