That penalty decision was ridiculous. Rotherham were fouling us left right and centre . None the less , our defence, especially clarke and wolfie , were horrendous . Our keeper made mistakes yet again . Saying all of that . We always keep fighting and was great to get the winner. Burns was outstanding 👏

Didn't you watch the games under McCarthy where, even in our play-off season, we never played good football and even the wins were dire 1-0s. Not saying we did well last night - we didn't. i support neither team, but as a neutral i say 'it takes two teams to make a great football match' well done both, hope rotherham survive and Ipswich do well.
I can't see him replacing Moore in the starting line up, as McKenna likes having a 'target man', so unless Ipswich choose to play two upfront he will have to make do with substitute appearances

Tuanzebe did enough to show why he's not playing. Clarke and Woolfenden are both powder puff defenders. Burgess and Davis were below their usual level. Hladky is once again lower league player. Sometimes he's in the role of playmaker and after 33 games I can say it's not his strong point. Too many times he makes mistake and pick a pass to a player under pressing from two opponents. He can't switch sides quickly. Once he decides to go to the left or to the right everyone in the stadium sees it as he announces it with all parts of his body that he's going to pass there. The same is true with Ipswich defenders. They don't know the art of hiding from opponent what are they going to do next. If they want to play from the back it's very important skill to have. They can learn it from Morsy. Once in a while you have to pretend with your head and your legs that you pass to one side and pass in different direction.
He's a great little player, I'd be happy to take him on a permanent. Scored some vital goals, quick and skillful. Has he made any first team appearances?
Seriously, the Ipswich defence is absolutely woeful, great attacking and midfield but that defence is going to cost you the automatics and the playoffs! Also McKenna will be in the EPL next season regardless! Cheers

That is obviously the most likely outcome, but the play-offs do spring surprises. Plus there is no guarantee that one of those two will get second place. Town are still right in the mix.

Nothing to be proud of there. That was probably more painful than the recent Maida Vale Women’s Institute Second Eleven Team game. I’ve been saying this all year and no one has really been listening, it’s all very well everyone going around patting themselves on the back ‘cos we’re winning games and talking about the Premiership but look at the scorelines. We’ve conceded goals like a mid-table side and if we had anything like the record we had in the First Division last year we’d be second now. But we’re not. Someone work out all those early headstart goals we’ve given away and see what that would do to our goal difference & position. On the current form if we go up we are going to get royally shafted every week before we very quickly come back down again. It’s pretty much predictable - everyone gets a headstart - even the bottom of the table side after two minutes! - what is going on? & how may points have we clawed back in the last five or ten minutes of games this year? SORT IT OUT FFS! We should not be letting teams like Rotherham score three goals away if we expect to challenge for a top position. That would not happen at Elland Road. I’ve been following them over 45 years and this is not doing my blood pressure any good ☹
