Please keep Charlotte, NC and the surrounding cities in your prayers. I'm about 20 min away from downtown Charlotte & things have just erupted in the city. Pray that the rioting, violence & destruction would stop and that God's peace would overtake the city! Pray for protection for the community & our emergency workers/law enforcement. My fiancé is a paramedic & we are believing the Lord for His hand of protection on Him. Thanks y'all!
😕 I live in Columbia, about an hour and half away from Charlotte and we love to go up there to hang out. My boyfriend is a paramedic and we work in the medical field, so the risk alone for the job is scary. I hope he stays safe. Charlotte is such a beautiful city and it's a shame what's going
someone once told me "its not that we lack faith in God and what he can do, but more so lack faith in his timing even tho Gods timing is perfect." because we want things on our time and forget that sometimes if God gives it to us at our timing we will just mess up his blessing. I love you guys and always watching vlogs it makes my days better...God bless
Another thing that I wanna add to words of wisdom is sometimes God won't reveal to you why something didn't work out and He will change your path so that none of that will even effect you. Truth be told God has protected us from so many things that could've put us in bad situations, dangerous situations. And we have to be forever thankful for that.
Loved the words of wisdom. Last year, I had to quit my job and at around that time my brother moved back home. We hadn't been close for many years and because I was no longer working, I was able to form a better and closer relationship with him. He passed away a couple months ago but now looking back I realized that it was all in God's hands. God knew that I wanted to have a closer relationship with my brother and God finally gave me that time to spend with my brother not knowing that I'd lose him some months later. God knows what he is doing. I have so many other things that I know God has done for me and protected me from things too. God is so great! Thank you Alexa and Carlos for these vlogs, they have really spoken to my life. God Bless.

I can't tell you how often your WOWs are EXACTLY what I need to hear and remember. Didn't do so great on my calc exam today and it's rough when you sacrifice to go back to school and things aren't looking like you imagined, but I need to remind myself daily of that psalm and that my worth is found in him! Prayer request for my daughter who is in seminary in Charlotte, NC. I pray that she is kept safe as she travels to her classes and practicums. On a larger note, I pray for our entire country and world to learn the love and appreciate one another and to learn of the light of Christ.

Thank you so much for that read and from your last blog the vision board. I just recently ended my long (5yr plus engagement) with a man I thought I would spend my life with. After long talks with myself and him, I realised he wasn't the man I fell in love with anymore. With that break up I decided to focus on myself, what I want in life, and my happiness. God does have a plan and I know when the time is right I will understand and cherish the path he takes me on. Thank you both so much ❤😃

Also, god is so great. He's done so many things I didn't understand, but i believe everything happens for a reason. God saved me from such a toxic relationship and i didn't see it til he pulled me away. God has the best timing, and he's always looking over us. I'm forever in awe of how great our god is.

Granted, when I was a teenager I thought I was ugly and fat, and when I look back at the pictures I realize how pretty I was. I just wish I had known it when I was younger:/)
It's so true! God is always there guiding us. He's moulding us through every trial, struggle, and adventure.
Can I just say that these past 2 weeks have been the worst in my life. Basically I had a miscarriage...I may have posted about that awhile back. It was something I was not prepared for. The most traumatic and life changing event I had to go through. But through it all, God has guided and carried me through every second, every minute and every hour of every day. There were days I just cried and prayed. I felt like I had died.
I just want to challenge anyone who reads this: if you face any trials in your life remember to look to God, cry out to Him, read his Word, worship Him.
I can tell you this. I am at peace with what happened to my husband and I 2 weeks ago. It's the peace that only comes from God. Never in a million years could I say that I suffered a miscarriage and be able to praise and worship God after everything. This peace that I have felt is knowing that my child (who I never saw or heard the heartbeat) is in the arms of Jesus. He had everything under control and I don't need to worry. God is so good and I can't ask for anything else. So anyways that's my little 2 cents worth, I apologize for rambling and I hope everything made sense.
Could you pray for my husband and I? Next Friday (September 30) is when we'll find out the pathology results at my OB appointment. We'll find out which miscarriage I had: either a blighted ovum or a partial molar pregnancy. We're really hoping it's the blighted ovum.

For peace. For the chaos and hurt to stop. For there to be more love and salvation but most importantly for more of Jesus. But all the while it is still going on, God is in Control. Thank you guys so much for these videos! I love that you both share messages about God and that sometimes we don't get the things we want at our time. I love how Carlos shared how sometimes he gets upset as to why he doesn't get certain jobs, but how God knows what he's doing and how he protects him from certain things. Gods timing is always perfect. This message today spoke to me and I'm happy that God is using you both. Keep up the good work.

Definitely needed to hear this words of wisdom. Last week I found out my boyfriend of 6 years has been cheating on me since we started dating. Having several girlfriends. 1 of these girls reached out to me and I found out all of this horrifying stuff. I would have married this kid. He belittled me and was emotionally abusive. I lost a lot of love for myself. This week I've often found myself upset that God let me go through this for 6 years of hoping things would change. But hearing this I know something will come out of this and there was a purpose. I don't know it now but as time goes on and my heart heals I'll know. I cherish you two and your video gives me hope I can have this bond and respect from another man 1 day. You both are spreading so much love and positivity.

just wanted to share, i just found out that my boyfriend of 6 years had cheated on me too and the onlu reason i found out was because he had to tell me he tested positive for an STI!!!. my heart is broken and i feel so hurt and betrayed but i need to trust God even through this "dry land" and i know that someone amazing is gonna come along. i know its hard but its better to find out especially before being tied down to guys like them, and to be able to move on and realize how much we were missing out on and how much more God wants to give up and show us that we deserve ♡
