Dude you keep surprising me with how amazing you can design and detail in cities skyline. Just goes to show us all that you're a very talented and skillful builder. Thank you for sharing your videos with us it's very much appreciated.🤟😉👍
Great video .. 1 things as a long term camping enthusiast .. 1,. i would expect some height differences, hills and rocks .. and 2. you can use the barrel fire and sink it into the ground to have live camp fire simulation into your camp areas .. but great all around :)
Thanks! Ahh true, at first I did plan on making height differences, I guess I'm just so used to flattening everything out before starting a build in CS2. Also true, the barrel fire trick would have been a nice touch.
Your videos are often unique, which is what draws me. This discussion of decals, what & where, as an alternative to "bigger downtown! need more transit!" vids. I've been a village builder, and this is all applicable (though you're much more a detailer than I). Thanks!
Wow thank you so much! Yeah I know how you feel. I've built some downtowns just to prove to myself that I can do it lol, but I think I really do prefer building on a smaller scale a lot of the time. I've always enjoyed watching detailers in CS2 and other creatives in other video games, and the artistic side / theory is a priority for me. So I like discussing my thoughts on all of that as I'm building too. Thanks again for the super! Glad you're enjoying the content.
@@GenericLemons Would be nice if someone kept a list of maps that are small-scale friendly. Like Magnolia County and Owen's Bay, with no (or sparse) divided/large freeways, but long "national highways" throughout; also widespread resources, start tile electric/water, and generally looking like some undeveloped area between many of the cities in the US. So many maps skimp on farming areas and have insanely huge roads leading to the start tile.
Chill... could do with a few more tent props I think. Can't remember if there's a couple of slightly larger tents than the "homeless" ones but I think there are. Would you get the odd chalet/static trailer in a place like this in the States? I know that over here you often find "lodges" (fancy name for a trailer in a lot of cases) in forested holiday sites like this. Could use the lvl 1 low res housing meshes I'm thinking if that is the case... I _think_ they've been turned into props by someone already.
Ah yeah good idea, I've never seen a trailer home for rent per say, but that doesn't mean they don't exist, there usually are log cabins that you can rent out that I've seen. A lodge would be a good addition for sure.
Maybe I'll make a post with some more screenshots. I didn't add any lights though so I imagine its pretty dark. Maybe I'll have to go through and add some light sources here and there.
@@GenericLemons Of course! I imagine some people camping, cooking barbecue, playing music, and so on at night. But I don’t know if there are any props like that.

Thank you! I appreciate the kind words, helps me stay motivated to keep building and making videos. 😊

Thanks! 😄

True, I feel like whatever map CanadianMoose is using for his small town series handles the open agricultural space really well. Looks super natural.
Wish i had discovered you earlier. Love this video, keep it up.
Thank you! Definitely more to come!
another amazing video
Thank you! 😄
Welcome to "Camp Crystal Lake" from "Friday the 13th" 's movie. ^^ Nice job. :)
Haha, thanks!

Am i the only one that doenst have the Decals ? i also cant find them in PDX Mods
They're on sully's discord, not on pdx mods
Lefische is right, they're only available on Sully's discord server right now. The pack is still in development, so not on PDX mods yet.
@@GenericLemons im already on sullys DC but i think it should be an extra channel with only downloadable content >.
