Best advice i have while playing the T55 is to ram in the early game, you will one shot tanks instead of using that 50 alpha damage gun. you can easily one shot every tank for the first 3 spawns with ramming damage.
I think all the CCs are missing one thing, despite all the rightful criticism of the gambling: You need a key to play the WT. You get that by winning a game or buying it in the loot boxes (correct me if I'm wrong). Playing the Hunters is significantly more difficult, because you need very good coordination with 6 other players. Or you have 6 people knowing exactly what they are doing. How often does that happen? So the average Schmo has no other chance but spending money to have fun in this game mode.
THis gamemode is super in favor of the WaffenTrager, the only way you can win is if you get really lucky with the random AI spawns or that the player is really bad
I think this is one of their most interesting events/game modes, especially since it's PVP. If the WTF had been a bot, it would be less interesting. The reward is great too, preset styles, emblems and 3.000 bonds. Just awesome.
wt auf e 100 was my first tier X back in 2014 or so....then they removed it and i was so mad, i loved the tank, grille isnt even close... wt auf e 100 was perfect for some relaxing casual play. it was very polarizing, you either got someone in the open and destroyed him or they ripped you apart to shreds instantly cause it didnt have any armor. i remember a t92 oneshot me once from full health. not the most fun 'tryhard good player' tank cause all you did was camp the 400line but it was amazing for some laid back, relaxing shooting craziness after coming home from work. the fact that they took it out was bullshit, i worked for it then they took it away... not fair.
Irs just op because no armor doesnt mean much when they will still do their same 440 alpha damage wheter it be 10mm or 200mm and you can obliterate them in return. And they wont be having HE ready since youre in the background and not the tanks infront of them

I was playing my maus tank back then and wt really couldnt do much while angled, I remember 1 v 1 situation when enemy wt just drove at me shoot entire clip and nothing pen (big bot) xd maybe it was times with gold for money, dont remember exactly. Anyway it still would be less op now than russian meds with stallinium turrets firing hesh all the time having no problems with penetration at all
The Re-open fuction is only for the collectables...once you earned a collecable, you can not re-open. Once you have collected all collectables, the re-open no longer works (only the harrier and engineer footlockers). Note: Collectables can ONLY obtained from the free footlockers.
I think the game is well balanced, you just need to play smart in the T55, if you all work together its an easy win. The Waffen is a blast when the team doesn't work together cuz you get to pick them off till 1 remains.
It seems like one of the big things in this game mode is that if there is one really good player in a harrier and the others are not so good, you can ignore the good player entirely. It seems like the bots are difficult for a single player to take out solo in the first few energy levels because they have that shield that regenerates partially during a reload cycle. If the good player is left alone and all the other players are dead, the good player will just run out of time.
I absolutely love the voice acting for both teams and wish the crews you got from the collection had the voice acting hopefully someone makes a mod for it
Oh don't get me started. Just BARELY lost a game, i did over 17k damage, second guy did something like 12.. after that? 5k, 4k, 900, 800, 200 3 players under 1k damage. I don't get how that is even possible to do!
QB is right. WG deserves a lot of praise for such an amazing gamemode. It might be balanced more towards the WT auf E 110's side, but that doesn' take away that it is a lot of fun to play, especially when you manage to out-play the WT driver like QB did in the T-55 Thunderbolt with the chase around the rock. Reminds me a lot of Dead by Daylight.
I found it impossible to beat the wtf e100 yesterday. A human player in this thing seems impossible to beat. I suck and won my first game in the wtf e100 easily. How did QB get an absolute Muppet in the wtf e100 to play against?
I actually got into a close game yesterday, I was in the Wt Auf e110 and spawned In studzianki ( bad map). The enemies got to level 10 and there was 5 mins left, it looked hopeless to me. But then I found a corner which I abused and got like 15 kills over there ( the enemy was very good platooning and very good stats) and I rekt every single one except 1 guy he took me out he was 500 hp, time was on 2 seconds. Biggest heartbreak
just played a few in the t-55, way to often getting passive WT110 players, sitting back only waiting for opportunistic shots, not taking advatange of the superior hitpoints and damage to play agressive at the start, leaving us to pwer up then getting swamped, so decided to play the WT for the first time, and won, was agressive from the get go, barely gave the enemy chance to kill the ai tanks before clearing off and been forced to go for other spawns, end up been one enemy player left with 2 lives and time running out
Played 15 Games in the Waffenträger and didn't lose a single one. Love that tank. That WT you played against is the complete donkey. Worst WT I've ever seen...
You didn't jump que. You dont see the T55 in the waiting list because they enter a battle immediately. Youll see it jump between 0 and 8~ as they enter a battle with 7.
I completed the WT collection in something like 5 missions. I am spending the rest of my tickets kicking the Harriers asses, and then at 60 seconds left driving into the open and letting the wail away on me. Sometimes they still can't kill me.

It was incredibly overpowered in very specific scenarios in which you had a few teammates to back you up and apply pressure to the enemy so you could reload. Being able to delete an entire tier 10 tank and still have a shell or two left over to remove 1/3-1/2 the HP of another tier 10 tank was stupidly overpowered.

Played 2 rounds as the T55 last night. With 2 mins to go in each game is was an obvious loss, looking at the WT hp. Add in the getting insta spotted through two sets of opaque bushes and I decided that was it. Not playing this game mode ever again. Not wasting my time. Then again I could say the same thing about the game in general at the moment.
This game mode isn't balanced, I'll just say it. The Waffen's reload and damage is so good, that the other players gets their as kicked. You can just camp the energy drops and kill everyone there, your nearly as fast as the T55s, and you usually have crap players on your team (The T-55s). Even a scrub can wreck your team as well, the Waffen is that powerful.
Commercially, that's exactly what WG wants, because Thunderbolts can be played for free, but Waffentraegers can only be played with keys that you mostly have to buy. GG, WG! Paid to win did it again.
They should add this tank to regular game modes it seems pretty balanced

You need like 4 keys to finish the WT auf E110 collection. You can get those in like 3-4 days.
Fun video QB always great. But you can re-roll these boxes until you get one of the collectibles.

You can reroll the other boxes for credits. Unless you get a collection item. My tip, reroll all, gets you to 30 items faster.
