It was a collision between 2 planes, a Boeing 737 and a Legacy 600
Tbh I thought the cause was because that jet turned off their TCAS, therefore the Boeing 737's TCAS could not detect the jet

Hello nio. Can you try to make BEA 548? It was a Hawker Siddeley Trident, but you can use the 727. Everyone (118) died on board due to Early retraction of leading-edge droop caused by pilot error leading to deep stall and loss of control.

Edit: BOAC 911 was caused by the aircraft breaking up due to severe turbulence
BOAC 781 was caused by explosive decompression, also breaking up
781: 35 fatalities and 0 survivors
911: 124 fatalities and 0 survivors
I don't think anyone has made a Comet in the game so you can just use the 707 for Flight 781
