Dear Chef i just would like to some comment . first please think about hygiene it's very important for health so you are the chef first think about hygiene all vegetables you must be wash before preparation for cutting and vegetables and fish please separate board don't cutting the same board it's very bad smell and during you preparation to set on the plate or banana leaf please keep good clean and hygiene
Omg...Major cross contamination! The vegetables are dirty! He didn't even wash it and using same cutting board n knife to cut meat n vegetables! I will never eat or stay at this hotel again after seeing how they prepare n cook our meals! Disgusting!!! 😝😝😝
