No, you are so right. Jiwoo and Kyujin are by far Nmixx's best dancers. From this video, that particular move, the rest look well, jerkyy and amateurish. I guess it has a level of difficulty that is a bit advanced for them. Jiwoo is the exception. Flows completely naturally and freely, makes it look easy
