Do you have an issue with the QB receipt management? When I forward receipts to QB, it's supposed to process and auto match with the expense transactions, but a lot of times, it glitches up and won't work properly...

It depends on the client in my use - sometimes its perfect but other times we have issues - the more data we send over the accurate it will be!

Just switched from qb desktop to qb online and I find it glitchy. Simple things like I create a custom invoice with a custom message and saved it but I decided to change that custom message. When I go to print preview it shows my previous message along with the new message. I’ve tried deleting the template and starting a new one with no change. The UI is not very intuitive compared to desktop. And the customer service is terrible. There are so many problems on the community threads that haven’t been fixed in years. Also while signing up for qb payments I found that I don’t have an option of charging credit card fees to customers when they pay online through email invoicing which is incredible that they can’t add a button somehow. Desktop has become obsolete now and I’m completely lost on what to do next

We had QBO and just had too many issues. Account was deactivated without cause or communication. And spent a week trying to get it reactivated for no less than 6 hrs on the phone. We're moving to XERO since QBO customer service has dropped the ball.

This happened to me too! I’m thinking of moving to Xero - have you been happy with it?

Would love to see a similar video this comparing QBO to Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

I’m having problems with importing Amazon purchases over to quick books self employed. The customer service appears to not be trained, but instead read from a manual. How do I get help? I’ve spent over 10 hours on the phone with reps with poor outcomes.

Based on my personal experience, I can say that the Amazon integration feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) has been in the Labs stage for more than six years. Unfortunately, it has rarely functioned as intended. In fact, recently, it ceased working altogether. I stopped reaching out to their customer support a long time ago, as I never experienced any significant progress or resolution with them.

What about reving the third party apps echo system intergrating with qbo and xero. as looks like xero has a large range espcily in the sector of eccomce. its like the argument of shopify vs bicommce debate. or shopify vs woocme debate. what about reaving freeagent and quickfile and kashfow, and sun accouts (sun well use in internal comany non practise accunting, i know as i had to support accountants on it for years

these are good ideas - but with so much happening in the world of quickbooks - i need to focus on the changes for the audience 👍

Very irritating flicker from the screen behind you.
