I'm overthinking it a lot because:
    1. I don't know how to create a plan
    2. I don't know what to do once I plateau. Basically I don't know if I should change my routine or stick it forever.
    3. I don't trust in myself

Thank you for sharing! It's definitely hard to know when to change routine versus working through a plateau. Here's my thoughts on your points:
      1. That's okay if you don't know how to create a plan! This is part of the expertise of personal trainers/coaches. If you cannot afford the expense right now, best to find workouts on TH-cam/social media and add them as part of your training week.
      2. Plateaus are tricky because there are many other factors that may affected (recovery, mental health etc). In general, if you stop seeing further progress in what was working (i.e. strength increases, weight changes or physical appearance) then it's best to change.
      3. This is a common thought many people experience. My best client went through a whole transformation of not believing in oneself and then suddenly they experience internal results (improved mood, decreased pain, higher sex drive, more energy etc.) These results are not to be overlooked but are sometimes better than the physical results we want. My job was to help him trust the process. Progress isn't linear but trust that what you're doing TODAY is helping you be better than yesterday

@@cameronnealefitness And how should I change? I mean, the entire routine or what?

@@Cristian-v1q I suggest trying a completely different routine. Whether it’s a different training split, exercise selection, type of training.
Ask yourself what outcome do you want and what are you struggling with/what are your weaknesses.
Then either piece together exercises/workouts from TH-cam/interent, join group classes or purchase an exercise program/hire a coach.
