Absolutely the players deserve the credit but I think the coaches deserve credit too. Obviously they had some influence. Especially Coach Saban he just knows how to get in his players heads. That's what makes him the GOAT.

Then throw in injuries and the major losses to the NFL in the offseason which IS a big deal. Bad mouthing your own players is one thing but seeing the facts and states on paper is quite another. Also IF GA didn't bring in that A Game they'd be in danger of losing. A Bama team that can bring it all together in one game is terribly dangerous - rebuilding or not!
