If it did end with Revolution, Venti's people might be the major characters that'll help them win, cause Venti said that his people has the right and power to overthrow tyrants. That is IF there is a tyrant to start a revolution at.
Not to mention so far as we've seen venti is more worshiped than the others. With the raidon Shogun they were more scared of her and with zhongli they think he's dead now also venti had only given them one order as the Archon and that was to govern themselves and still after all this time they still follow that single order

PSA Venti can NOT create black holes. What you see is a vacuum, which is created by diffrences in pressure (most commonly differences in air pressure). And his burst is described as a "stormeye". As for why they decided to make it look like a black hole, idk, they probably thought it looked cool.
