Make some changes to your room - that way you’re going to be able to have a “clean sleep” at night - which is sleep without any disturbance.
In order to do this - cover up any lights that may be entering your room at night, such: lights on the alarm clocks, cable boxes, TV, etc. - make your room completely dark.
And get ready for a good night sleep, so you can wake up refreshed the next day - and start your day on the right foot!

Not just about the candle it’s about your health, most cheap candle brands put gasoline in your candles or they have a mix of soy and gasoline, others use leg wicks etc
