Sierra Vista is a nice town. If you like a smaller town and enjoy the outdoors, it’s great. I had to laugh when you said it’s cold in the winter here. It’s basically jeans and hoody weather. Most days sunny, and in the low 60s. Tell me about cold when your spending January in Minneapolis.

Sierra Vista recently changed its zoning so that low-income people, someone who'd been living in their homes for a long time, can no longer be in these homes.

Lots of Hispanics live there. Super close to the Mexico border
