I thought flask of oasis doesn't work on self healing or shielding heros.
Usually I build my Uranus like this;
Demon booth (for constant mana regain)
Brute force chest plate (for both defense and attack)
Dominance ice (to cap healing and attack speed)
Then either bladed armor or antique currisine (depending on enemy team marks man)
Then Athena shield
And Radiant armor
