The male is amazing when showing breeding colours. Makes things easy aswell but he took a while to aclimatize. Regarding the Gaboons they doing well. I just don't have time to get to videos and there is so much I would like to cover. I will do future videos of them in time.

If left with the mother do they stay around her after they hatch? and i wonder if she is looking for her babies? seeing as king cobras make nests do they at all mother the hatchlings?

They babies will be around for a day or a few most likely to absorb the yoke in their bellies as the first meal and head start. They will move off in their own time.
Mom's get over it pretty quickly as we remove the nest and all eggs. Same with pythons, they will then start eating sooner. They will be protective over that area.
