One of the most ill prepared, confused, nonsensical demonstrations I have had the displeasure of observing. I would love to have his job as such a stellar fastening system would and should be a breeze to demonstrate. He should be fired for incompetence however he was likely hired for his competence in languages and not his demonstration skills. Once the woman began to quiz him it was clear that he knows some technical details but not well enough to be able to convey them to others functionally! Too bad! Such great product so poorly explained. "does anyone have a Hammer???" "It's not working because I am doing it wrong without a base plate". So Bizarre that it never seemed to cover what the "Chemical" aspect of the Anchors is? The part I was most interested in was the torque spec which was "Not here as it should be on the box, but you can call me". 100 NM''s?? My Hilti SS tectonic proof fasteners are stipulated at 40 NM's so I'm still not sure what the deal is. Good Grief! Call me if you want to have better instructional and knowledge conveyance protocols.
