We understand the emotional side of carrying a child, however, she was paid and it was a binding agreement. I see her as being dishonest toward fulfilling custody. The family should have remained anonymous usinfake names and addresses. They could have migrated. The wife had a beautiful heart towards her and the phrase no good deed goes unpunished comes into play. Treat people like dirt and they stick to you like mud.

The legal aspect of is incorrect because every aspect of the contract was transactional. The eggs she donated, she was not meant to make claim for whosoever it was sold to and the surrogacy is also a binding contract that states that she has no right to the child. No judge will deliver such judgement...
Please do your research very well before formulating a story. Because people learn while being entertained.
