Pandith Ji, Your guidance will help many people. I was born as Hindu in south India in a kamma(chaudhary) family. I don’t have any formal training in scriptures. My father used to recite many prayers at home and my mother used to take me to many religious discourses when I was a kid. My family used to listen to several gurus on TV. My knowledge is very much limited. Whenever I feel stressed, I pray using the prayers I have listened to as a child. It makes me very happy. I lived in India for 24 years. I moved to USA after my marriage 25 years ago. Can you please give us guidance for me and many others like me? I worked in IT for a.long time and then stopped. I have plenty of time. I want/wish to learn Sanskrit and some music to sing the praises of the God. And also for my grand kids. My kids are only teenagers. I want to follow all good practices a Hindu should follow and teach them to my grand kids too. My kids I told them Ramayana, Krishna, Ganesha stories. But they can’t read and write any Indian language.
Guruji, What is an ideal daily routine for Hindus for prayer? What are minimum requirements? Which scriptures should we start with? I will start with Isha Upanishad as you suggested. Which prayers should we use? Does it depend on gender, vruthi, pravruthi, astrology, ishtadaivatha, Kula devatha? How can Hindus in other countries pass on their traditions to future generations? I used to tell stories of Ramayana, Krishna, shiva, Ganesha to kids as bed time stories. They have good character. They do not know how to read any Indian language. My kids are teenagers now. I want to learn the Sanskrit language, essentials of daily routine for Hindus. I want to follow first. There is plenty of guidance and good in our scriptures that helps humans. I have to learn first and pass it on to future generations.

I have just received 4 Vedas. It is mentioned in rigved in first Mandal second chapter 22nd sukta Mantra no. 20th तद्विष्णो परमं पदम सदा पश्यन्ति सुरयः The intelligent people always see the all pervading divinity.
Dipen, firstly I must congratulate you for bringing Dr. Chaturvedi on your show. Vedic subjects are complex and only rare people can break it down like Dr. chaturvedi can. He’s one of the rare scholars who has dedicated whole life to unraveling the hidden secrets of ancient Vedic knowledge. Very few people including myself have had an opportunity to personally learn from him, feel extremely lucky! Just to point out that you need to structure this better, the idea of a series is great but since the definitions of fundamental terms are lost (e.g. Agni, soma, Veda, rishi etc.), you will need to break this down into parts gently and intelligently. Do feel free to reach out for any support on this subject, well done! 👍
Beautiful views by the guest. I’m a south Indian but I love Hindi especially pure Hindi. But felt hurt by the foolish interviewer asking to lower the quality of language. Not fit to sit in front ofthis great personality.

How humble Uncle is 🙏🙏🙏 Ranveer (#beerbiceps) would have done justice to Uncle's level of knowledge and practical life experience. I'll request Ranveer to invite Uncle to his show. Lets see if he does. Before inviting scholars, Ranveer does good amount of research and reading. It's a good thing but some level of quality and security check is essential.
Indians are like that, ignorant of their own language. But let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he said it for the benefit of some viewers whose Hindi is not quite up to scratch.

A very knowledgeable guest. A good effort by the interviewer. However, it clearly shows that the interviewer was not well prepared for the podcast. Constantly interrupting the guest to dumb down the explanations or go easy on the language was irritating. It could have been planned better in a more structured way and a lot could have been learnt from this podcast by the listeners. As the podcaster is also new, I hope he learns and get better with podcasting techniques. Good luck with future episodes.

Take Feedback please : 1. I understand that you wanted the professor to say easier Hindi. I don't think you were rude, but I can see why others in the comments are mocking you. They are a bit harsh but their critcism is valid. However, when you smiled and said to the professor, 'My Hindi is not good'... I was thinking...arrey iski toh english bhi itni achi nahi hai. Basically, your Hindi is very normal for today's Hindi speaking north Indian. And it seems like you are showing off, because a south indian or north east indian person whose Hindi is very limited could say the statement you said and it wont sound silly. 2. Mid way you said to the professor, let's put some structure to this. That is good, but in the future you should decide, do u want a podcast (free-flowing) or a Lecture series. And if the topic is something you want to explore in a educative manner, do more ground work. Have visuals, graphs, illustrations. You are unclear about your approach. Here. 3. In your caption in the TH-cam video section, mention professor by name. Looks professional. Also, as a courtesy introduce his works that are being discussed here, by the links (for example Amazon Bookstore). 4. Yes listen better. However, you will get it by practice and right attitude so good job for a new comer. Very experienced podcasters also are not great listeners. This is an advise applicable to all of us. Finally, I love this topic. I will be interested in better and better podcasts on this topic. Thank you!
This the best and most impactful feedback I have got till now. Thank you so very much. I will surely try and improve as the channel grows. Thank you and please keep sharing your valuable feedback. Thank you for the support. I bet, you all will witness the growth of this podcast, which will be powered by your criticism and advices. ❤️🙏
Chaturvedi last name means one who studies all 4 vedas. Trivedi, dwivedi means one who studies 3 vedas and two Vedas respectively. He lived upto his family traditions and last name. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Hi Dipen - A suggestion. Please become knowledgable about “saral” सरल Hindi that your esteemed guest was conversing in. You had to tell him to “tone down” his Hindi so your audience can understand. He was actually speaking clear and pretty under stable Hindi. May be you are used to the excessive Urdu injected Hindi. Follow his Hindi, not the one you may be used to.
Hi Priya, Thank you for your feedback. I am just starting in the journey and very grateful that such amazing feedbacks are coming my way. I would surely work on it. Thank you and please keep supporting in this journey. 🙏
Dipen ji, learn to be respectful. Its not appropriate and acceptable that you show your shallowness in dealing with such an extraordinary person with immense knowledge of the Vedas.
@@Dipen_Singh ofcourse do it. without reading, already our youth is suffering. make him mention all the books in hindi english so that people can read them rationally .
Im trying hard to appreciate this talk, and im not going to lie, But to tell the truth, it does sound a bit Judeochristian to me at the moment anyway. Take a listen to this a sec, it reminds me of what that allah mindset might come out with 17:35 i mean would any god ever speak like that to anyone. I certainly hope that no Hindu god ever did.
Mr. Dipen You must do your own research before Conducting a podcast on any topics or subject. You had to asked him counter question like what is the form of Brahaman, what is the purposes of creation, how number of devtas increase later because Veda contains only limited deva like agni, mitra, vayu, indra, you should ask about the power of mantra, how yagna affect and it's significant, how Veda is apurushya?, what is soma, Truth of animal sacrifice like Ashwayamegh yagna, what is shruti, what is smiriti, how Brahamn manifest into avatar? You must asked such question and don't behave like a ignorant.
Very insightful feedback. Thank you for sharing the same. Thank you for watching the podcast and taking the pain to write this. I am grateful that people like you are still there who lend a helping hand to others and are not busy bogging everyone down. I will put these advices to use and surely improve. Thank you once again! Please do subscribe and share, it’ll help me afford the production of more content. 🙏😊

Please mention his name in title tag his channel handles too
Hi! Unfortunately Professor is not very active on any social media platform apart from Facebook. You can try and find him there. 😊
@@Dipen_Singh Oh.. Great atleast you found 💪 him 🤓
Chaturvedi last name means one who studies all 4 vedas. Trivedi, dwivedi means one who studies 3 vedas and two Vedas respectively.
He lived upto his family traditions and last name.
Thanks a lot for sharing.
Great point!! Sir is not just an asset for his community but also for the country.😊
I love it English title them you get lost?
Hi Dipen - A suggestion. Please become knowledgable about “saral” सरल Hindi that your esteemed guest was conversing in. You had to tell him to “tone down” his Hindi so your audience can understand. He was actually speaking clear and pretty under stable Hindi. May be you are used to the excessive Urdu injected Hindi. Follow his Hindi, not the one you may be used to.
Hi Priya,
Thank you for your feedback. I am just starting in the journey and very grateful that such amazing feedbacks are coming my way. I would surely work on it.
Thank you and please keep supporting in this journey. 🙏
@@Dipen_Singh You had a great guest and very apt topic. Enjoyed it very much. Keep up the good work and all the best in your endeavor.
@@Dipen_Singhजी ये टॉपिक बहुत लंबा है एक पॉडकास्ट मैं नहीं होगा।
वैसे भी वेद को समझना थोड़ा कठिन है।
What NASA is doing with 65 Kg Indian book
Dipen ji, learn to be respectful.
Its not appropriate and acceptable that you show your shallowness in dealing with such an extraordinary person with immense knowledge of the Vedas.
English translation needed
सर कृपया आपके बुक का नाम बताये
you could have asked him about book recommendations to start with vedic literature and most closest translations of vedas and other scriptures.
Noted! How about we do a part 2?
@@Dipen_Singh ofcourse do it.
without reading, already our youth is suffering.
make him mention all the books in hindi english so that people can read them rationally .
He has only explained what he has gone through the literature. Ise udhaar ka gyaan kahte hain. Anubhav janya gyaan ki koi baat nahin.
🙏🙏🙏
Mr. Dipen
You must do your own research before Conducting a podcast on any topics or subject.
