The cheaper The product the More likely it won't work try products like Ninja skin Care or curology or Emuaid these are extremely good skin care products for Acne and other skin needs and it will work if she wants clear skin it will take time.

YEs it is fine, but don't put it on acne prone areas like the cheeks/chin etc. It is high mineral oil/petrolatum and intended to be occlusive, so it will clog pores. These ingredients, aren't bad, they are just present at hight % in vaseline and cerave ointment to allow the vehicle to be occlusive...which is what you want for dry skin on lips/heels/body but not on acne prone areas.

I just use it in a wash instead of the leave-on treatment. That way I can spread it easier and I don’t have to worry (as much) about staining my clothing or bedding

So glad you are enjoying! Yes i apply moisturizer right after shower and immediatly follow with differin, and have been doing that every night. It seems to be working great for me. I do let the moisturizer soak in first and the skin air dry before applying differin. In other words i don't apply the differin to wet skin. Hope this helps and that you are having a great day!

Hi Luisa and thank you so much for your sweet comments! Glad you are enjoying the videos. I tried to address your question regarding topical antioxidants in yesterday's vlog. Basically, its really hard to say for sure if putting an antioxidant on the skin would do anything. YOu have to take into consideration the stability of the ingredient in cream form, uptake by the skin, is the ingredient active or does the skin have to convert it to its active form, etc. In my opinion it is probably a better bet to eat a balanced diet of leafy green anti-oxidant rich foods.
Dr Dray differin gel is over the counter and I don't have a dermatologist at all. But thank you anyway those cream do require a dermatologist progress chart I think so.
Have you heard of Neosporin Eczema Essentials Daily Moisturizing Cream? I saw it in Target today and was wondering if it would be good for really dry itchy skin.
Hi Lindsey! Thank you so much for commenting! Neosporin Eczema essentials would be a good choice for dry itchy skin because it has colloidal oatmeal in it. I go off on neosporin the brand in today's vlog, namely because neosporin antibotic ointment causes so many problems. However, that particular product you are asking about would probably be pretty good for dry skin. Hope that helps!

I don't wear much makeup, but neutrogena healthy glow tinted moisturizer has pretty high coverage and a great spf! i read on the zapzyt 10% BP box that it should be used before moisturizer. if you have sensitive skin that moisturizer is quite lightweight so i’m sure that would be fine.

Also, was thinking of not using any retinol one week prior to Hawaii. Is that a good amount of time to prevent skin damage? Of course I will still use lots of sunscreen.

I’m currently using Adapalene .3%, Clindamycin 1%, Benzoyl Peroxide wash, and moisturizer all at night. And I haven’t had any dryness or redness. Granted before the Adapalene I used Tretinoin 0.025%. I switched medications because I needed a higher percentage of Tretinoin but it was very expensive even after insurance. This regimen was prescribed by a board certified dermatologist.

Iherb is pretty awesome, right? Best to see a health care provider for proper evaluation and management of your skin concern, however, as you may have noticed in my vlogs/videos, i really advocate a less is more approach when it comes to washes/scrubs/creams/etc
So I forgot that I bought this and I just started using it this month at night with my Neutrogena face wash and my CeraVe p.m. lotion. I've been putting it on my acne spots. I wake up in the morning where I put it is all red and patchy is that normal?
