Thank you so much for all the videos. I have seen all. I am constructing my home. And these videos are really helpful. You are amazingly talented. I have some query about construction. Can you please help me out? My queries are ---
1. How much time home should be left for painting after plaster(on brick wall)?(Many says after plaster if you paint immediately then the paint will not run good)
2. If I want Washing machine and dishwasher at the same place (utility),then should I go for two inlet,outlet? Or it can be worked with one?
3. For bathroom door what are the best options? I want it classy and durable.
4. If few months need to be left for painting after plaster then can I do modular kitchen, wardrobe etc? Or it can be done only after painting?
Actually I want to complete my home as soon as possible. Please help me 🙏

These are a lot of questions!
1) plaster+ atleast a week for Watering and then POP punning and after 5-7 days aprox painting.
2) 2 outlets and 1 nhani trap will be ok according to me. But consult a plumber/Expert.
3) We use Marine block board and laminate.
4) Modular kitchen can be done before painting but then one has to cover it up thoroughly so that painting and other dust doesn't get in the channels !

Centralized AC is outdated , go for individual ac for room. For luxurious houses, that's the trend.
