Interesting video as always! A couple of questions: -the HDR on my TV is too washed out and there are no color differences between the elements of the game and I really don't like it, do you think the HDR is broken a bit? I hope they can fix it. -As for the chromatic aberration and the lens effect, haven't you noticed it? (everyone on the forums is complaining). -Last thing, for me there is a white line around the sun as an outline, very ugly, I don't understand why... Thanks for support ❤
Hi, thanks, HDR is too dark on this game, and it's not an actual HDR implantation but a conversion from SDR The lens blur effect is bad and yes I noticed it, in certain fights and cinematics, but no option to turn that off either. and yes, the issue for the sun exists, there are many issues I've noticed but covering them would be a 20m video, overall the game is mid and not that good as I mentioned!
I have a new Information about the hazy look which is mainly caused due strong chromatic aberration, I guess . 3 days ago the Ubisoft support team confirmed on twitter that they will bring a patch where you’re able to toggle it on or off . Maybe that will fix the problem , stay tuned guys
Yeah, I got the game today on pc and immediately noticed that it felt blurry on the edges and thought it was probably chromatic aberration, but noticed there wasn’t even a setting lol. Hope they fix it. Though it feels like there’s a lot more problems with poor facial animations, janky body animations and low poly models. Upsetting as a long time fan. Unity and Origins felt more polished.
I think on pc there’s already a way to to turn off chromatic aberration due to player mods but I’m playing on PS5 and I would be happy if they just give us the option to turn the feature off . It really gives some players a headache and in my case it’s really annoying because I’m playing on an oled and the picture gets unnecessarily bright sometimes and then the ABL kicks and dims the overall brightness and makes the picture washed out . In origins , vallaha , this wasn’t the case . I hope they keep their promise and just give us the Option removing this feature
@@almiro-so7tu Yeah you can get some sketchy third-party mods for it but I don’t want to get those. I just want a setting and it’s honestly crazy that they wouldn’t include it in the game in the first place.
I remember playing Atari when I was a kid.. then all Nintendo…Super Nintendo..Nintendo 64.. Sega Geniuses. The big Black Xbox with the green X so I upgraded through all the Xbox. But I see no reason to use the edge in this game and I rather give it a rest BTW I absolutely love your content and analysis. For that quality you should have a lot more followers, keep it up bro :)
I’ve been driving myself crazy with the lousy HDR quality of this game. Wth? Valhalla etc had such a good picture. I’m playing on a LG CX oled and the blacks and brightness is VERY bad in Mirage. It bothers me so much, I’m considering a break until theres a fix.
