Another no-line coloring tip is to work in sections. For instance with this card, don't color the fox's body with the base color all at once. Color the head, the back, the tail, etc. each on its own. Of course, keep the overall shading in mind while you do this. Since you don't have black lines to demarcate the different sections, this will help you keep from getting lost. I made the mistake of adding an overall base color once to a rose bloom I was watercoloring, and lost sight of all the light lines! I was able to salvage it, mostly by relying heavily on the image on the image on the stamp packaging to guide me (another option for a road map), but have never repeated that mistake. Anyway, just thought I'd share. I do love how this card came out, Mindy. Great job on the coloring, & I really like the whole concept & design. Thank you for sharing. Take care, & have a wonderful day! :)
What a lovely card! I appreciated the tips about no-line colouring too. I've been interested in that. I loved seeing another wonderful way to use my swivel surprise! Thanks so much!!!
That is EXACTLY what I do when no line coloring,..I always stamp the image in black and keep.it next to the image I am coloring...I do that because I have old lady eyes LOL...but it does help me a lot when no line coloring..
Oh yay it's Mindy! You're one of my favorites. I love the design, it goes perfectly with the Swivel Surprise.

Why don’t these companies have at least four reindeers on their stamps. Love these new interactive cards.
