In extension to my previous comments on whether i can start breastfeeding now , my kid is 5 months completed now...( all these days i was not because i did not have much milk secretion) What kind of food i should take ? Is there any diet restriction like i should avoid spicy food, coffe tea etc.. please let me know. Also on the foods that will help for more milk secretion? Please advise

Usually it's after 6 months.I generally suggest rice,roasted gram dal kanji.A detailed recipe is on my channel too

It's more demand feeding which means whenever the child wants.Max 2 to 3 hrs gap is enough.
