The damage model for some gameplay is burnout 3 like, the arrows are extremely different. And 11:48 had a crash junction cut from the ps2 and Xbox version of the game, but was in the 360 version.
I praise you by alot for making this video. As a racing and car fnatic, Burnout Series were one of my favorites, and any games that had taken some references to Burnout and added it to the game (Takedowns mostly) I love it. Now when I heard about the Beta of this game, I'm sure there were very drastic differences. Glad to find some good evidence shown here. Much love
The stupidest thing they did, was adding the "cheering audience SFX" in crash mode. Toned down the whole experience, which was probably also their intention.
I interpret it differently. The burnout games can have theories to them. Revenge is supposedly finding and killing any rivals that gets in your way. With the help of unknown crowds cheering during crash mode, this convolutes it is a heroic, yet a dark story.
The beta version of Revenge was so much better than the final version: • Crashes were far more intense and closer to Burnout 3. • Takedown camera angles were faster, flowed better, and showed the crashes better. • Race Crashbreakers were instant, but I assumed they made the detonations slower for balancing purposes.
In the beta version vehicle pieces actually detach when you takedown a rival and check the traffic whereas in the final version the car pieces dont detach unless you crash your own vehicle
+GrandTheftAero ooh nice!! what files do you copy paste to make it look like the beta? :o i have the final version .iso and the demo in the Madden NFL 06 .iso
There was none since it's just taking the PS2/XBOX release build and retexturing + remodeling everything to fit in next gen console with the addition to adding new cars and crash events (most of which were initially beta only crash events).
The track at 11:55 was actually used on the 360 version, along with 9 others.
11:48 This map not Appear in PS2.
He's Right you know.

Man the crash physics on the beta were a lot better
Megatron Productions yeah
Because Burnout 3 have better crash physics than revenge lol
@@sediento500 yea they downgraded to accomplish that stupid fun crashbreaker

2:39 Taken Out into same way traffic, I don't think it happens in the release version of Revenge
I think it only happens in this version if you are hit by another rival.

That's the first time I hear of this particular theory.
I always thought Revenge felt more like vehicular turf wars.
@@NoBillsOfCrashDamage I also like to add revenge is like a typical sports game with the cheering crowds, but it in a sinister way- like in hell
@@WatcherKoops4677
Given the game's tone, that sounds like a good interpretation
@@NoBillsOfCrashDamage and it’s like a colosseum gladiator where crowds cheer on who gets to be killed

that's what happens when ea force crunch and the games look dumb downed
Agreed, revenge took a strange and questionable direction with the crashes and rollover physics.
Takedown is still the GOAT

+Sam A. Moosavi I know. It can be modded into the final game by simple copy and pasting.
+GrandTheftAero ooh nice!! what files do you copy paste to make it look like the beta? :o i have the final version .iso and the demo in the Madden NFL 06 .iso
Sam A. Moosavi I'm working on a Demo analysis, you'll know everything about it when the vid comes out.
+GrandTheftAero Perfect! Can't wait to see it :D
The crash mode in the beta looks better than the game crash mode !
10 times better than the original games. Graphics were more beautiful and SFX clearly more realistic.
EA should really bring these games back and remastered it im 20 years old my family and friends we would have burnout wars
It won't happen
btw 1st person in Traffic attack is a bad idea...
Well the crash interseccion EXPLODING BAY ON PS2 THAT WAS COOL MORE WITH CRASH MODE WITH TIME
That video its so old but i still play burnout revenge and burnout 3 takedown and more ooohhh i really like the old days and old games
Alex Ward wants to know your Location
I really love Burnout Revenge
They should keep the light trails in the final version
So the First Race In Eternal City And They Choose Criterion R180 ST instead of Factory R165 ST
Seriously crash mode was better
+mKrawnis it did look more appealing. Too bad they removed crash mode pick-ups aswell.
Yeah
+GrandTheftAero But beta version isn't avaiable today ?
mKrawnis no, well, maby
oh , I really wanna play beta crash mode , look really funny
and the cars have different noise
I wonder what the beta version for the 360 looked like

I Love It ❤️❤️

Andy Hunter - Come on
I think
@@CustomCoupeUltimateYes it is Andy Hunter.

The beta version of this looks absolutely horrible
The 360 version is fabulous
Cherring1997 Indeed
Are you blind?
@@TheNicoxoxD I take it back, it's quite different.
Nah, Looks more fun than the final version
