I had been looking for a basic slipper tutorial and I found it! I've been piling these little slippers up to be taken to the nursing home and given to bed ridden folks. THANK YOU so much for sharing your time and effort ☺
Mimi.... thank you for a slow & easy to listen to and easy to follow instructions , you make learning crochet enjoyable and I’m super excited of a finished piece at the end of your tutorial .... I have many plans to make colourful slippers now. I’m a happy crochet hooker 😁😍
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I'm a newbie at crocheting and I made one of the slippers in less than 2 hours- which included watching your video! Great, clear instructions
I absolutely love your video! So well explained, I haven't done it this way before and i"ve been crocheting for over 6 years. Perfect explanation of everything!!!!! :) Thank you so much!
I like this tutorial very much, it is precise and simple to follow. I have made so far 3 pairs of ballet slippers, and I can say that I really got hooked on crocheting. :) Thank you Michele, for this great tutorial.
Thank you. I have made three pairs of these and I am very happy because of you I am trying new things. You are a good teacher They do take me a lot longer to make than an hour. More like a day funny but true
Thank you so much for your pattern I do have a size 10 shoe but all I did is use a G needle instead of an F and it came out perfect. I did not have to alter the pattern
Hi Margaret from South Africa here❤ I realy enjoyed this tutorial❤ explained so well thank you. I am getting my 🧶 ready to start making for my daughter and grandkids. I just came into you tube to search for a pattern and I found you all calm and peaceful showing how to make it. Its the start of winter ❄️ this side so Im starting at the right time. Thanks and take care ❤🌹
Just made the first one And I don’t even think it took 45 minutes! These work great. I extended the toe portion to 11 rows since I am a size 9.5 and the heel and foot portion to 20 rows and it fits wonderfully!!!!! Really enjoyed this simple-easy pattern. You don’t need a pattern once you make the first one!!!!! Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks Mimi! I made these in red with the Super Saver yarn, and they are so comfy. I appreciate your sharing this pattern, and I am new to crochet, but it was easy to follow.
I love these slippers. I have changed heel. when it is correct length for foot start decreasing right across two together. continue each row until well rounded heel.
I am woman’s size 9 shoe. I followed to a T and these were huge! I did end up pulling the last two rows and doing a reduce to curve the heel. Nice tutorial less the sizing being off for me. I’ll be mak8ng another pair with stitch reduction for the top of foot and less one row. Thanks.
this has been the easiest tutorial I have started! I tried making a different pair and it was a flop I'm almost finished my first one and am soooo excited thank you so much!!!
love this as i made my 7 mouth old granddaugther a pair by just guessing , they looked great but not like what you are doing here can't wait to try u make it look so simple n they r very well made ,,,more realistic of a slipper ,,thank u , Leona
I've been crocheting since I was 8 years old and this is the first slipper pattern that I've been able to follow. These work up so fast and easy! Thank you so much for sharing your pattern!
These are so easy , I’m stoked with myself to make them. Thank you I’m on a roll..... soooo many colours to make , your tutorial is lovely to follow and your very patient to explain. Thank you - I’m a happy hooker (crocheter). Hahahahaha
Love this pattern. Cute and easy! Only thing I would do differently is to weave the tail into the back seam instead of along the bottom. It'd be more likely to stay and those final knots wouldn't even be needed. Great tutorial 😊
thank you for such a easy pattern I have tried multiple other ones and they were a fail. I added 2 extra rows to fit my feet and now my husband wants a pair similar ❤
This is the BEST I have seen so far for these slippers! I made these in your size 7 pattern and they fit me .. size 8 1/2 and I imagine they would fit up to a 9. Good job on the video! Thank you for sharing!
Omg I love you. These were soo easy. I changed it a little bit to fit me (size 11) and bone spurs due to surgery. Love them. My mom literally took the pair I made from me.
Hello from Jacksonville fl I love your channel and the way you explain as well very easy for us I did my first with you is turn exactly as your explained Is fitting perfectly size 7I'm wearing 😚 thanks
I would like clarification on how to round the heal. Someone posted the solution but I did not completely understand her instruction. This is a great video and so easy to follow. Thank you!!
Great video! Hey you can also use Silicone on the bottoms to keep them from sliding/slippery. It does not wash off and it's safe to dry and wash. I used some on a rug and it's perfect! Saw on a you tube video and tried and loved the outcome :) Subbed!
