INGREDIENTS -
Jaggery ( Gurd) - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Melt the jaggery
Orange juice - 1 cup
Tutti futti - 1/2 cup
Black Resin - 1/2 cup
Resin - 1/2 cup
Cherry - 1/2 cup
Add water - 1/2 cup
Cook it till all become soft
Rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Preheat the jar
Add jaggery liquid
Oil- 1/3 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Whisk it together
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
sieve it all flour in tha Bowl
Whisk it till better
became smooth and lumps free
Add milk - 1 /2 glass slowly slowly
Cinnamon sticks powder -1 pinch of
Orange peels - 1 pinch of
Milk
Add all tutti futti and Resin mixed
Seeds -
Pumpkin seeds - 2 tsp
Sunflower seeds - 2 tsp
Watermelon seeds - 2 tsp
Dry fruits chopped -
Kaju - 1/2 tsp
Pesta - 1/3 tsp
Akharot - 1/3 tsp
Almond - 1/3 tsp
Dates - 1/3 tsp
Mix it all together
Cover and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes
