The dual-typings got a bit messy in deciding multipliers, but the vudei was still fun to watch!! Also kinda fun that the final 4 were some of the biggest mascots of the franchise 😊
@reganyoung4806 I thought that too at first but that also doesn't make full sense. Like if we assume ×1 is resistance, x2 is normal, and x4 is weakness. There are some problems. Like Mr.Mime a pure psychic type doing super effective damage against a pure dragon type which isn't right. Mewtwo not doing super effective damage on the Ghost/Poison Gangar since Ghost doesn't resist Psychic. The fact that Pikachu is doing super effective damage against the Dragon/Flying Dragonite despite Dragon resistance to Electric which would make it neutral. The fact that Gangar and Eevee can hit each other at all despite Ghost and Normal being immune to each other. I'm sure they were trying to go for type advantages but they clearly didn't do their research properly. (I could overlook immunities for the sake of the video but still the other points are valid.)
It was cool seeing the sprites change colour depending on who occupies what pixel
That ice blue on cloyster looked genuinely gorgeous. Like it’s shell was made of ice. I think it looked better with it honestly.

I'm sad that Charmander didn't win

Edit 1: GOOD JOB PIKACHU
Edit 2: CHARMANDER NOOOOOOOOOO
Edit 3: Eevee! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Charmander 😢😢😢de
The incorrect Type matchups were frustrating, but had they been accurate my boy Scyther would have done even worse so Imma keep my mouth shut.
What do the color multipliers mean?
i think its damage, based off of pokemon type, like pikachu in the first one does 2x damage to the mime
