This video is perfect and is shows that a simple routine with affordable products is all you need to grow healthy natural hair. Your hair looks like mine it is beautiful. You inspire me to keep going with my journey. But I know I need to stop using liquid soaps because they have SLS in them.
You wash your hair like me 💪. I put peppermint oil, olive oil in my raw black liquid soap. From there I use Shea Moisture Coconut body oil , Then I have a plastic cap on my hair for 10- 20 minutes. Then just style and air dry .

Hello can I know if you use or ever use leave in creams, curl defining cream or deep conditioning after shampoo and protein treatment because i just went back to natural and I want to take care of my hair in a simple way but I don’t know too much about the natural hair community
Hey, i am a very lazy natural. I don't like stress lol. So after washing i use my conditioner and if im feeling ina good mood i might leave that on for manybe 30/45minutes or so. But that only on a good day. But usually i just leave it in while i detangle my hair and put in the the twists. But to answer your question - No. I don't use any leave ins or curl defining creams. You really have to figure out what works best for your hair especially when it comes to moisture. I also have a spray bottle containing water and conditioner and i pray my hair with that 4-5 times a week then add my Petroleum+shea butter mix. I hope that helps. 😁
Hey sis, not anymore than any other shampoo tbh. It is definitely a deep clean though. With regards to it being liquid. I just add a few cubes to a container and add water. And just let it sit for a day or so. That should make it completely liquid. Hope this helps 😊
hi, i just bought the soap for my skin and i wanted to know if i can use it for my hair as well? i’m white and my scalp gets really oily really fast and i wondered whether this might help me or if it’s going to be too aggressive for my hair type. maybe you could help a girl out💗
