With each act, water sleeves rise and fall, I sing of joy and sorrow, of parting and reunion. Amidst the turmoil, like driftwood in the storm, I witnessed wars that rivers and mountains deform, of humble station, yet the nation's sorrow I cannot ignore, unseen, unknown.
