- The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant since middle school. The plaintiff opened a cell phone account and added the defendant to the plan with the agreement she’d make half the payments. However, the defendant failed to pay the bill, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues she lost her job.

Some ppl just grow apart from each other…..if she want to be a drunk and party let her. She’s young and trying to enjoy her life. The plaintiff is more mature and seems to want to establish her life young so she can be financially prepared for her future and she doesn’t seem to care about having fun. Two different people…..the defendant will eventually see that the plaintiff was just trying to help her. You have to have balance in life.

Not everybody has to go to college nowadays immediately after high school. Some people need time to figure out what they want to dedicate their career life to and if they can’t figure it out, I do agree that taking a trade or learning a skill is extremely beneficial but bashing and rushing someone into college can be a huge financial mistake if they simply don’t know what to do.

His point was well made concerning some education, considering this GROWN woman seemed dumbfounded when asked what skills she had. This is a question that should have been easy for her to answer since she has worked in customer service... I wish people would put their ego aside. Mathis emphasize education because it is clear that this world requires financial security - which is very much obtainable through trade or college.
Never live with anyone else. The same rule applies to any of these roommate disaster stories! Living alone is the greatest feeling ever! It doesn't get better than that. Ever!

I had a friend well i thought she was who drank and told me to my face i want to be with people that drink and like to get drunk because im not into drink i went drinking with her one time unfortunately didnt enjoy it felt weird she start doing this laughing and she also has epilepsy so that why im fearful off her drinking on front off me because she might have a fit she had a red face that time im in the pub i felt boring because she was chatting to other people when she was not drinking i told her my feelings she got on the defensive like the defendant got to the plaintiff saying she thought she was her mam she start getting into a strop this so called mate said my mother hates her because I didn't want to go drinking with her i dont see her now but she rang me a few months ago suddenly wanted me to go away with her with her friends who supposedly drink and her boyfriend im not comfortable with people like this so called friend who drink and act maggot around me why my so called mate didnt go to coffee shop or have mineral but no had to be alcohol i feel the plaintiff where she coming from 🙄
