Don’t they have to prove you intentionally lied to convict someone of perjury? If it’s an accident and you genuinely make a mistake on a number or something I believe you just have to refile. Not go to jail 😂

Correct, between 2010-2016 less than 3% of ch13 cases filed without an attorney reached a discharge.
