I wish you would explain the cam part of this whole process. You just speeded through the whole thing I have so many questions. I cant find a solid video on cam for fusion 360 or kiri moto that explains everything or what drill bits you would use. I got the carvera yesterday and have a few 3d models I want to mill but the cam part I cant seem to find any tutorials or walk through. Like what bits do I use for the job I want to do?

@@Makera that’s great to know. I didn’t see anywhere that it would do x and y too. It seems like your company has made a complete system. I look forward to it arriving in the next week or so.
For such fundamental instructions, meaning that people that will watch this video would be really beginners, I dont understand why you chose to accelerate all the tool selection and just give an overview about it. It makes the video so confusing. It would be better to spend some more time and go through each of the selections and discuss about it.
Thank you for this feedback. For beginners new to using Fusion 360, we recommend starting with Autodesk's Fusion tutorials to dive deeper into this programs functions. At Makera, we look more closely at our own CAM software, Makera CAM, but cannot do the same for every CAM program that is compatible with our machines. This video, and many of our others, are intended to overview the steps for a specific project after the basics are already obtained.
You should watch some Winston Moy for speeding through toolpaths. I usually slow replay to 75% or 50%!
Will you make more of these, please?
Absolutely! Check out our channel for newer tutorials to make a tic tac toe game, puzzle, and aluminum keychain, and stay tuned for more to come!
Nice Video! Thank you
Awesome

Is there a good XY edge finding solution? I haven’t seen an edge finder with an 8th inch shank ever.
Hi, the Carvera comes with an X/Y/Z probe which can be used to find the edge of a block material.

Will you be making more videos like these
