    This isn't how training is. WTF? They don't even check on you. They just leave you to figure it out on your own. For a whole week.

      @@Strawhatjon Sorry to hear it. Just remember....you can do better than that place. They're not your friends and their only goal is to make you miserable.

    I'm sorry, but if you take time out of your day to file a complaint for poor customer service at Walmart, then you have a lot of insecurities.

      What if the customer service was truly poor? (I work at Walmart.)

      Apparently a lot of people these days rather waste the time and complain to make themselves feel better

      I agree. We don't know what is going on in someone else's life. A complaint could cause a chain reaction. Check out the movie An Inspector Calls.

    The bs about the vid is how could the new worker ask the manager a question for the customer if the manager is out on the floor working and he has no communication or no idea to where exactly he is. What youre supposed to leave the customer nd go look for 10 to 15 mins for the manager just to cme bck nd hear the customer tlk bout how long u took or just leave.

    1:45 I was totally expecting the manager to give the new guy a good ol' Wal-Mart drop kick to the chest as punishment.

      In 4 months, you'll all regret the day you started working there. If you haven't yet, there's something wrong with you.

    • @katrinalefay7538

      Of course they deal with school and students. Adults who can do better refuse to work for that hellhole.

    Personally, I've worked in the customer service aspect of personal insurance (cars/homes/small business) most of my life and feel quite apt to naturally welcome the public with even a simple smile - it could matter. Most of all, as a new people greeter I clearly understand that offering to help, being up front with a quick smile or a warm hello! could mean much more to customers than we'll ever imagine. Helping people feel welcome when they arrive matters to me even in my own home. While I stand at that front door , I really believe I'll have a duty and as a Walmart team member to perform to my best - and moreover to always remember it is a priviege (dream job) to people greet. I never thought I'd realize this day because the perfect job for me post-retirement would be to greet or hostess the general public. I start soon - and can't wait to be part of this company and to exhibit a genuine personality that cares - about everyone. Thanks Walmart ...

    Quiting Wal-Mart was the best thing I did in life.Plus I know everything all their black Friday specials they have are overstock & back crap items they are trying to get rid of. Nothing new. They did not treat my brother in law right either when he was a manager there.& he would work 15 hour days..After that happened this last year I completely stopped giving Wal-Mart my money. I rather pay a little more since I now make 55 grand a year.& get a months vacation along with 13 paid holidays Wal-Mart never could..I am s o much more happier with out wal- mart in my life. Sam would be turning in his grave if he saw how his company turned out

    June 15, 2018: It's nice to see young people who are excited about their work. It will reap many benefits throughout life. *You have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound. Psalm 4:7

    How would a person with a speech problem (like stuttering) deal when talking on the paiger or whatever it's called. I imagine the person with the speech problem would have a hard time and the manager would have a hard time trying to understand him/her on the paiger?

    • @VolcardoReviewer

      That's like 90% of every job ever. 2 weeks is normal.

    • @alliejademusic
      @alliejademusic 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Whether you were working full time or part time, the starting pay per hour at Walmart wouldn't even give you a big check if it were per week. You wouldn't be making anything if it was pay per week. Every two weeks is a heftier check.

    • @kerry1979
      @kerry1979 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is not bad actually post office as well & mainly every where does I only worked at one place.Paid each week & that was a pain. I rather have every 2 weeks.
