Rally maybe has bad grip but because it is a good vehicle overall it's still good at climbing. If you use winter tires it's actually great at climbing.
I'll say the rotator is way worse. Even if you use landing boost or winter tires or upgrade the grip it's no use. Only if it is upside down then it is good for climbing hills and steep Mountain
Scooter can F*** up while climbing hills cuz when you go too fast on downhills to try beat those hills you just screw up like my track that glitches the super diesel
