I am looking to upgrade my present thermostat to an American Standard Gold XV 824 Nexia Control Thermostat. I don't have a heat pump so will this thermostat work? I have a 3 ton Bryant 16 SEER central air conditioner with a natural gas furnace in my attic. I also have a variable speed DC motor that works with both the air conditioning and heating. I need to no if this thermostat will work. Thanks...
My American Standard thermostat screen Went BLANK I reset it by unplugging the unit for a couple minutes in garage. After that it re calibrated itself.
AMERICAN STANDARD-> It’s stupid to have to manually switch to emergency heat when outdoor gets into teens. You should be able to set a trigger point then let the controller turn it on when temps get below that point.

I just changed my filter. How do I reset the filter on the American Standard 824? It still shows that its at 66%... Thanks!
