In Batman and Robin you can see the gang in the background. Also in the book of Ready Player One one of the characters has the username 655321 (Alex's prison number).
The crazed stare would've been Nolan's, his cinematographer, and editor's decision, not Ledger's. A crazed stare isn't something only Kubrick's done in a film. Yeah, Ledger was inspired by Clockwork, but you guys are reaching way too far to fit an Easter egg out of nothing. Guess what else you could've used: Both characters wear iconic makeup. Both wear masks during the film. Both characters go to jail. Both characters breathe.
Dont forget the classic scene in the IT Crowd where Moss orders a glass of milk and says: "I came here to drink milk, and kick ass. And i've just finished my milk."
