I don't use anything special I have normal to oily skin i use aroma magic white tea and chamomile facewash. aroma magic clary sage moisturizer or minimalist sepicalm moisturizer
I think golden shade is lighter than honey. and sun beige is even more lighter than honey. Best thing you can do is to shade match in a store before buying

If you are looking into mac studio fix foundation then you can try NC38, i swatched it in store on my wrist n that looks little olive toned on my skintone. Could look different on your complexion n undertone so first swatch it in store beforehand.
apart from mac you can try other brands like Maybelline fit me - golden caramel, Lakme perfect cover foundation - warm caramel both of them have olive undertone
Try 228 it is slightly darker than 310 and warmer tone. I feel it'll suit u.
Or mix both of them 310 & 312.
