What is pht can you please tell me what is this because I was selected for this pht and they told me to wait for 15 to 17 days after that they will call me and take the telephonic round and after that they will send me the mail for the training... So my question is, are they reject in the telephonic round or not?

I got selected for air india done with my medicals also one week ago. Yesterday my friend got calls from HR team to join today but not to me. So how i will knows that i am medically fit or not
