In my opinion the greatest strength of a primary teacher is it's patience, because we are dealing with little children which is very tricky job and may be they don't follow what you say, and then you have to be patience with them and make them understand you. Other than that a teacher should be enthusiastic, ecstatic, energetic, punctual,have good knowledge of subject, activities as well as have a good communication skill.
