पर आप तो बिना वादें ही फर्ज़ निभायें चले हो...!
ये रिश्ता ही है अनमोल...
जहाँ कोई वादों की जरूरत नहीं।
जब साथ हो हमारे जैसे हज़ारों अर्जुन के साथ
आप जैसे कृष्णा,
तो हमें भी जमाने में ढूंढने कोई मार्गदर्शक,
यूँ दरबदर भटकने की जरूरत नही....!
हाँ आपको कृष्णा की उपमा देते है हम।
क्यों आपको सिर्फ एक शिक्षक की उपमा में बांध दे हम,
जब दोस्त बनके रहे हो आप साथ हर कदम...!
एक नहीं आप तो हजारों उम्मीदों पे कायम रहे हो।
ना सिर्फ एक शिक्षक या मार्गदर्शक,
आप तो इस काफ़िले को दोस्त बनायें चले हो...!
बस यूँ ही अपने अंदाज में दोस्ती निभायें चले हो।
रिश्ता ये दोस्ती का कुछ अनमोल सा है,
दोस्ती ही है ये आपकी,
जो आज हर एक दिल में एक जुनून सा है...!
बस कभी कुरुक्षेत्र में हज़ारो अर्जुन को राह दिखाते हो,
तो कभी बिना मांगे बिना पूछे,
गोकुल में रेहते कान्हा की तरह....
दोस्तों पे खुशियां लूटा जाते हो.. !
पूछते है जब लोग अक्सर इन अल्फ़ाज़ों के बारे में,
हर सवाल का एक ही जवाब होता है....
बात तो ये है ऐसी सख्सियत की,
जो ना सिर्फ शिक्षा,
ये तो दोस्ती का खजाना सबपे लुटाए चले है।
अंधेरों में बनके जुगनू,
ये रास्ता सबको दिखाए चले है।

पर देखो इतफ़ाक़,
ये सब बस एक जगह आके मिल जानी है...!
कहीं राज्य, तो कहीं भाषा अलग है,
फिर भी बंधे है आज एक ही इंसान की डोर से...
स्कूल , कॉलेज के बाद,
आप सबके साथ पढ़ने की भी कुछ अलग कहानी हैं...!
शिक्षा ये वीर सर की,
और परिश्रम आपका...
बस दे दे खुदा सिला इस बात का..!
दुवाएँ है इस दिल की,
मिल जाये आप सबको मंज़िल एक दिन अपने ख्वाब की...!

√ ग्रामीण विकास (rural development) ~ मेरे अनुसार ग्रामीण विकास का मतलब है ऐसा विकास जहाँ हर तरह की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो जैसे - इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर , स्कूल और बेहतर शिक्षा प्रणाली ,अच्छे होस्पिटल , परिवहन की सुविधाएं , सड़कों का विकास , कृषी के विकास के लिए अच्छी स्कीमें आदि । ताकि लोग गांव से शहरों की तरफ पलायन करने को मजबूर ना हो ।
√ राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम ~ 12 सितंबर 2013 मे आया था ।

1)proper condition for farmers to do farming
2) farmer's income stability by neglecting the middleman
3) improvement of village woman(health, social,mental all around improvement) special focus on woman's and girl's health
4) essential education for children specially girl child with proper implementation of midday meal scheme etc schemes
5) stop the mortality of female infant
6)stop open defecation
7) taking care for elderly people and try to the work of what are they capable of
8) creating a market for rural products created village women ,elders
9) workshops on different skill development and also enable them with computer skill

National Food Security Act (NFSA), 2013-
👉 It has been implemented in all States and Union Territories.
👉The NFSA aims to provide subsidized food grains to approximately two thirds of the population (75% in rural areas and 50% in urban areas).
👉Pregnant women and lactating mothers and children are entitled to get meals under the prescribed nutrition by MDM(Mid day Meal) and ICDS(Integrated Child Development Service).
👉It aims to provide high nutrition food to the children from age group of 6 months to 14 years.
👉Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be entitled to get maternity benefit of not less than Rs. 6,000.

~>> ग्रामीण विकास के लिए गाँवों को सड़को से जोड़ना जरूरी है।यह भी सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है कि उन्हे अपने उत्पादों के लिए बाज़ार मिल सके। किसानों को उनकी फसलों का उचित मोल मिल सके ये भी आवश्यक है। इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य क्षेत्रों जैसे मत्स्यपालन, पशु पालन, मौन पालन आदि में भी ग्रामीणों को लाभ पहुंचाया जाना चाहिए ताकि वे इन क्षेत्रों की ओर आकर्षित हो सके। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य इसके लिए एक माध्यम हो सकता है। सिंचाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई जानी चाहिए। प्रशासन द्वारा 'फूड पार्क' जैसी सुविधाएं दी जा सकती है। ग्रामीण स्तर पर भी संगठन बनाए जा सकते हैं।
~>> बिजली स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा आदि मूलभूत सुविधाओं के भी अन्य क्षेत्र है जिनमे विकास की आवश्यकता है।
~> एक गांव के विकास के लिए कई क्षेत्रों में कार्य और प्रगति की आवश्यकता है। आधारभूत संरचना भी प्रदान की जानी चाहिए।अंकिकृत संरचना भी अती आवश्यक है।

My idea of rural development is quite quixotic..... I think if following things are followed in a village, development will happen on its own....
1. Equality(no castiesm) as it is in cities at least
2. Honest and an open minded gram sevak...... (Education doesn't guarantee any of the two characteristics mentioned)
3. Children's of the teachers of a primary school should not be allowed to study any other school at least till class 8th.
4. Complete Electrification
5. Modern equipments for farming

मेरे हिसाब से ग्रामीण विकास याने गाओं और शहर के बीच का अंतर खत्म होना और इस तरह के गांव से पलायन बंद हो सभी मूल भूत और आधुनिक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध हों और खेती जिससे आज किसान दूर भाग रहा है वह खेती से ही विकास की कहानी लिखे अगर इसके लिए सरकार हमारे शिक्षा पद्धति में ग्रामीण विकास जैसे विषयों को महत्व देकर इसमें एक नया आयाम खोले ताकि युवाओं की प्रतिभा को और तेज कर इस काया को बदलने में लगाया जा सके । वैसे तो इसमें एक निबंध जैसे विचार पेश किये जा सकते हैं पर कम से कम शब्दों में इस प्रकार हम ग्रामीण विकास को समझ सकते हैं

ग्रामीण विकास का अर्थ यह होता है कि गावों मे विद्यालयो की स्थापना ऐसे स्थान पर की जाए जहा तक वहा के सभी बच्चों की पहुँच हो, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो, गावो मे ही लोगो को रोजगार मिल सके, किसानो को खेती के लिए नई नई तकनीको के बारे मे जानकारी दी जाय और साथ ही साथ वे तकनीक किसानो को उपलब्ध कराई जाए, युवाओ के लिए कंप्यूटर सेंटर उपलब्ध हो तक वे भी नई नई तकनीको के बारे मे जान पाए उनके कौशल का विकास हो पाए, सड़को का निर्माण किया जाए, गावो मे बैंकिंग और ATM की सुविधा हो, बच्चों के लिए हर स्तर की किताबे उपलब्ध हो, इसको ही सही मायनों मे ग्रामीण विकास कहा जा सकता है
