According to the director, Ben Winston, David has mentioned about this secret during a zoom call with him, which he also confirmed with Jen in a separate chat. He then asked David if they are ready to talk about it and said "I don't know, let's see". So for this part, Ben said he just allowed James Corden to ask the question in the interview and see if Jen and David will or will not talk about it. Gladly they did :)

I've been trying to figure this out for a long time, and now putting the two together. I think Jen's rhinoplasty actually affected her nasal passages because her voice is completely different than it was a few years ago. when she speaks it sort of feels like she's a different person to me, but it wasn't her mannerisms that have changed. I think maybe her voice was affected by some of her plastic surgery.
David said in the first season they were crushing on each other. I find it very hard to believe it was only in the first season. It was pretty obvious in, at least, seasins 1-3 that he and Rachel liked each other in real life. And it’s possible those real life feelings extended through the whole series but just weren’t as obvious later on.
Best show ever! Cried because my baby was 2 weeks old when this show started and got me through a very difficult time. All my friends worked and I was home with a colic baby, and they all became my friends making me laugh and feel better for 10 years and three kids later! Thank you for being amazing and still making me cry happy tears 27 years later!

Honestly is sweet but sad at the same time. It breaks my heart heart knowing that they couldn’t live a true relationship so they lived it on stage. People who just started watching FRIENDS are so lucky.. They get to see the reunion even before finishing the 10th season...its a complete different feeling for someone who waited for years to see this reunion.

I've been trying to figure this out for a long time, and now putting the two together. I think Jen's rhinoplasty actually affected her nasal passages because her voice is completely different than it was a few years ago. when she speaks it sort of feels like she's a different person to me, but it wasn't her mannerisms that have changed. I think maybe her voice was affected by some of her plastic surgery.

It was pretty obvious in, at least, seasins 1-3 that he and Rachel liked each other in real life. Best show ever! Cried because my baby was 2 weeks old when this show started and got me through a very difficult time. All my friends worked and I was home with a colic baby, and they all became my friends making me laugh and feel better for 10 years and three kids later! There is a lot of untrue information in these comments, which is at least, in part, very clearly because of the envy of fans of other 'ships'. So, to set a record straight: Perry and Courtney have always been very close friends, yes, but Matthew never had a crush on Courtney - it was just plain flirting like any close friend from work flirts with another friend sometimes, he talked about it many times. A stupid rumor & plain media lie is also that Le Blanc had a crush on Jen - no, he didn't, and I remember he explained it long ago, in one of the interviews. So the only real crush was really Jen and David, and it's not a coincidence that this one is the only one, now officially confirmed.
Most of what you said is true but Matt Leblanc *did* have a crush on Jen in the beginning. His own words: "Now I had a little crush on Jen in the very beginning, but I think the whole world did too, so what are you going to do?". It was in the Friends exit interview (included in 'Friends 'Til the End' book) that they did after the show ended in 2004. But yeah the difference is that the Jen-David crush was actually reciprocal, whereas I don't think Jen ever had a crush on Matt.
