Make lower TCV ... a world class International Convention Center, Mediittation Resort or Biz center due to close proximity to CTA, HH Residence and Tibetan Medicines and Tibetan settlers
Wish they turn this into Tibetan Himalayan international school. For those of us spread all over the world . Time will come when Tibetans will have to use foreign language to reach out to each other .

Tibetan admins should use those funds in other projects which might be more effective, since schools are running out of tibetan students. If it's a monasterys then that's a diff story since they are independent & free to use their funds.
What a waste & unplanned project. As we all know The number of tibetan students are getting less & less every year still both sherig & TCV keep many school where students are non tibetan. Why don't they just returned those schools to govt of india or do something else!??? Just Keep few high standard schools only for tibetan students under CTA. Mixing tibetan & non Tibetans are not effective in any way preserving our language, culture & movement of resistance. Pls use funds wisely & effectively.
